Bedroom concept

As an exercise in set dressing, this uni assignment was to design the room of a character who is hiding a secret. I was inspired by the 1960s warring movements of “mods” and “rockers”, and chose to design a character who outwardly identified as a “rocker”, but secretly enjoyed “mod” media and activities, like preppy fashion and blues music. Through research into popular media, music, and fashion in the 1960s in Brighton, I designed this bedroom.
