Fantasy Character Concept

This is a character concept for the protagonist of a hypothetical 2D TV show.

Juniper is a woodland elf whose family had recently moved to the city. She attends the local magic school, and struggles with culture shock as the technologically-focused city environment is so different to what she is used to back at home. I designed her character to express this challenge she is facing through making her seem out of place in the stuffy school uniform. For the style, I was inspired by shows such as The Owl House, Steven Universe, and Star Vs The Forces of Evil.
